Concord Birth Center

Anyone else use Concord Birth Center? I have my first appointment with them next Monday and I've decided on a home birth. I'm actually pretty excited about it. I was using Concord OBGYN but after research I prefer a non-hospital birth and I haven't cared much for the doctors there. So far I've seen 5 different doctors and was about to see a 6th! I'm looking forward to working with midwives - it will be a much more positive experience!

    • That is where I go and I have nothing but amazing and positive things to say about all of the physicians and midwifes who work there.  I am a nurse and I am very judgmental when it comes to stuff like this. 
    I am using a midwife as well even though we plan on having a hospital birth.  You should feel comfortable with all of the practicing physicians in your OB/GYN practice because you never know who may be on call if you have that baby after hours.  Good luck!
