My LO is 6 months old now and I'm still struggling to shed the last 5 lbs! What have you found that works for you? I still BF and have been walking with LO outdoors. I guess I need to rev up my workout.
if you are eating extremely well, eat really bad for 1 day. I know it sounds crazy but every time I got stuck on the scale, I did that and then I would loose a pound that next week
I would probably add in some sort of strength training in addition to your walking. You could do the 30DS, or there are lots of quick strength workouts on pinterest that you can do at home.
I need to lose the last 5ish too, but my eating gets me every time ... ugh.
You may be one of those people that have to wait until you are done nursing. With my first 2 I was that way- I lost all but 5-8lbs within a few weeks of the birth and then I couldn't drop the weight. I've always worked out and ate healthy so I was so surprised. But both times as soon as my kids weaned, I literally dropped the 5 lbs within a week- a week in a half without changing anything to my diet or excercise.

I was going to say the same thing - your body might need that extra 5lbs for milk production. But I agree that strength training is the best way to loose weight.
I say be glad you are only 6 months out from delivery and 5 lbs away! I delivered my daughter almost 3 years ago and am 6 lbs away from pre-pregnancy weight. I think you're doing great! I'm losing it with the help of Weight Watchers and exercise and I feel great! GL!
