I received that Jessica Seinfeld book as a gift- can't think of the title but it's about sneaking healthy food into your kids' diets. Some of the ideas require some work, i.e. she recommends putting purees of different veggies in recipes, but it's stuff you can do in advance and freeze. I've made some of the things and I have to say they're really good. I made the veggie lasagna for DD's 1st b-day dinner and she loved it- as well as my meat loving MIL and FIL.

I think it's called "Deceptively Delicious." I've heard good things about it too.
I actually bought that book off of e-bay this spring. The recipees are ok, my son LOVES the butternut squash mac & cheese, and with that i decided to try adding a little bit of the butternut sq to grilled cheese & he never noticed. (I actually really like the taste too) The positives: LOTS of recippes all in color, they tell you how to prepare all the veggies. The negatives: we have tried a couple that we didn't like, they were just too bland & also there is no nutritional guide for each recippe.
