This pregnancy is kicking my butt. We have a two almost three year old and sometimes I feel like I'm being a bad parent because I'm so tired all the time. Any ideas on how to boost my energy or drag myself out of the house?
Seriously! I give kudos to all of the pregnant women out there who work. I am a stay-at-home wife, soon to be wife and mom, and I have a hard time getting through my list of to-dos every day! Whats worse is that we are moving on Tuesday (yay!)-- and packing exhausts me.

I've been having a hard time with fatigue too. I work pretty long hours, and I find myself slumping around 2 every day. Eating an apple seems to help (I read somewhere that an apple gives you as much energy as a cup of coffee), and I find that getting fresh air helps too, even if it's just opening a window.
Also, I've been taking 400-500mg of powdered magnesium citrate to keep morning sickness at bay and have had WAY more energy since I started. Not sure if it's coincidental or what, but last week I was literally falling asleep at my clinic during the slow times and this week I've felt awesome! Even my husband has noticed my increased energy!

OMG.... I am EXHAUSTED beyond belief. I mean it is ridiculous! I have no energy what-so-ever! It's a nightmare during the week when I have to drag myself out of bed just to go work. UGHHH!
We have a 2 year old and I feel the same way! I got up to dance and play with him and found myself pooped after! I always find that if I do some yoga the morning of, my afternoons aren't as tiring. Fatigue tends to hit me in the afternoon. So, if I'm home with DS when the fatigue hits, I just lay on the couch and put a show on for him. His shows are usually only like 20 min long, so it's a perfect power nap for me (assuming I fall asleep right away and DS doesn't wake me up!)

I am feeling really drained, too, so I'm trying to stay hydrated and eat lots of energy foods, like nuts.
Hope you feel better!

Me too! I have a 3 yr old and 4 yr old and am exhausted. I really don't remember being this tired with the other 2 pregnancies.

Good luck!
I'll second the other votes for B vitamins!
