I just delivered there. I've lived in the area maybe 3 years now so I can't compare it to other hospitals but I have no complaints. They have tours you can take which I recommend. They have 2 floors, once for labor and delivery and then you are moved to another floor for recovery. They are "baby friendly" which means no nursery, there's a sofa bed for dad to stay, and they encourage breast feeding ( which I didn't do and never felt pressured). There's no limit on visitors or visiting hours, but after delivery you are kept in the room for about 2 hours to bond and have baby weighed while you are cleaned up and they ask that no one else comes in that wasn't in the room for delivery. You can have everyone visit your room once you are moved. I ended up with an unplanned c section and stayed for 4 days and the staff was great. Oh and all rooms are private. You can pm me if you have other questions!

I have lived in Dover for three years and had several neighbors deliver there. They loved it. I plan on delivering there in April.
