I have a question about the pull out method.

It seems like a lot of people on this board use the pull out method or "pull and pray". I'm not flaming or judging, but I really want to understand...how is sex good like that? The best part for me is feeling my H come inside me (we usually O at the same time), so I can't imagine him pulling out at the last minute and it still feeling good. I've never done it this way, so maybe I just don't understand. Is it still good, satisfying sex?

Lol, I know this is random. I'm just curious.

It isn't as good with this method. I agree it is the best part especially when simultaneously. We both really don't like condoms and haven't found any other method that works for us. Although we were using the P&P method last Thanksgiving and see siggy! We also chart to try to prevent but clearly we were off because the "oh we will be okay thought" was way off. Needless to say if he gets his before I do . . . eghh at least one of us is getting off I guess. I won't say it isn't always satisfying but it isn't as good. However, if he came close to doing that right now I wouldn't enjoy it for fear of being KU!

Thissss! When I was already KU he went inside me which was nice (and a lot less messy) but until we are "actively" trying we won't be using that without any birth control.

Yeah, sometimes I feel like I'm broken. Lol. It takes a really long time for DH to get it to happen. I probably could O while having sex, if he used his fingers to assist, but anytime he has tried he finishes before I'm even close.

Are you doing enough foreplay before sex? Have you tried using toys? I have a couple of good vibrators. When H uses them on me, I will get worked up and almost to the point of an O, then we start having sex and I orgasm more easily.

DH pulls out and then comes into his hand. We usually keep kissing and I rub his back to feel involved in his orgasm. It helps keep it intimate for us. As another PP said, anything is better than a condom. If we get an oops baby, then that means I get to leave work for good in 9 mos or so. I really don't want another one until this guy is out of diapers, but if it happens, I'm fine with it at this point. I just want to SAH and with 2 that will for sure happen. (Once I get my IUD this won't be our way anymore).

And as for where he "goes," it's on my stomach...but if it's been a while, sometimes it ends up in my hair. TMI? Eh, I don't care.

Oh you poor dear. It is freakin amazing. I have an awesome DH who actually likes it too, despite my distaste (no pun intended) for "mouth hugs." You have to be REALLY comfortable with yourself though, since you're just open to the elements pretty much.

Oral is pretty amazing. Sad thing i cannot do mouth hugs. I just can't handle it. Thankfully DH doesn't mind too much that I get it and he doesn't.

It's actually 96% effective when always done correctly. My husband and I did this method for a solid year, never faltering. The first month we tried to conceive, we got our baby. I believe in this method 100%, but of course would never tell that to a teenager!
