missing pinky joint

in 2nd Trimester
at our A/S today they discovered the 2nd joint/knuckle in the pinky is missing. apparently a soft marker for down's. we've already had a negative MaterniT21 test but i can't help but still be worried. i just want one ultrasound to have good results. JUST ONE!!!!!!!! anyone have this?

    I have no clue how it relates to Down's, but both of my SIL's have no knuckles in their pinkies.  It is a random thing...

    Just want to reassure you that one marker alone has a very small chance of problems. My DD had a soft marker and is perfectly healthy. Sorry about the stress :(

    thank for the reassurance ladies. my brain tells me not to worry but my heart just has a hard time catching up. it helps to hear things like this though!!!!
