We are in Minnesota and the cold weather is on the way. LO goes outside at daycare twice a day for 30 minutes...I imagine this will be shortened or stop altogether when it gets really cold.
But, for now, he's been wearing baby booties outside (they put him in a stroller or in the exersauser to play while the older toddlers run around). He's grown out of them and I have no clue what to put him in.
Shoes are so hard to put on him and he doesn't really need them since he's not on the ground...but he needs something warm enough to keep his feet warm that are bigger than newborn booties.
What do others use? Ideas? Thanks!
Re: Booties/shoes & cold weather?
my read shelf:
DS keeps losing his socks, and they aren't keeping him warm enough, so we just bought these slippers from Carter's:

They aren't really "shoes," more like slippers to keep his feet warm when we're outside.
Those are so cute!! DS wears Robeez softsoled shoes. The are just a layer of leather, so they may not be too warm, but it's not that cold around here.
Robeez here too! They're the only shoe DD can't pull off (and she tries!). She wears them with socks too.
