Congrats to everyone here! Has anyone else had HCG levels done for at least two pregnancies? This is my fourth pregnancy and I have one son who is almost a year old. Since I did a bunch of IVF cycles, the docs have tracked my HCG levels pretty closely. My HCG levels, even for my son, are generally low, like double digits in the first few weeks. My son was conceived the natural way, as is this pregnancy. My HCG level was 498 at about 4 weeks and a few days. I am going in today to get another level taken, so I am hoping it has increased! Anyway, I am optimistic because of the higher HCG levels this early on. I will know more tomorrow, but does anyone else have this type of information that they can share? I was kind of shocked by this pregnancy, but now I am super excited!! Hoping for the best. I love being pregnant, but I hate all the worrying!

1,486 seems good to me. When are you going for your second one? FX for doubling numbers!!
Mine were:
15 DPO (4w1d) 212
17 DPO (4w3d) 650
BFP #1 5/16/2012 Heard/Saw Heartbeat 6/27/2012 No heartbeat at 11 weeks D&C 7/6/2012
BFP #2 10/28/2012 EDD July 12, 2013
BFP #3 6/24/2015 EDD March 8, 2016
Maybe she was just using the wrong terminology. 3 weeks pregnant is only 7 DPO. Here's a chart that shows the normal ranges for early pregnancy
3 weeks LMP: 5 50 mIU/ml
4 weeks LMP: 5 426 mIU/ml
5 weeks LMP: 18 7,340 mIU/ml
6 weeks LMP: 1,080 56,500 mIU/ml
Yes - I'm hoping our terminology is just different from one another, as I understood "3 weeks" to be how you described.
I go back in this afternoon and should hear tomorrow or Wednesday on how the second draw looks. Thanks for the encouragement and information!

I was:
60 @ 7dp6dt (13dpo)
128 ! 9dp6dt (15dpo)
256 @ 11dp6dt (17dpo)
As long as you double, that's good.
DS2: beta#1: 42.06 @14DPO. Can't remember the 2nd beta but it was between 80-90.
LO#3: beta#1: 200 @14DPIUI, beta #2: 696.90
Vastly different!
Based on the normal ranges, I think you'd be somewhere between 5 and 6 weeks pregnant. So if she's saying three weeks since conception, that makes sense! Either way, I think your number is fine.
DD (medicated cycle):
12dpo: 81, progesterone: 62
14dpo: 208
This LO (non-medicated cycle)
11dpo: 127, progesterone 24
13dpo: 307
