Saturday - L left to go write for the weekend after we had a fight. Humph. I took the kids to breakfast, to Kohls (apparently the kids grew out of their clothes overnight), to their soccer tournament (ohmygoodness it was FREEZING), to drop off donations, and to Target. Our neighbors called late in the day to meet at the playground, so we let the kids run around for a couple of hours before coming in to crash.
Sunday - The kids were up at 5:05am. While I wasn't able to fall back asleep, I did stay in bed and watch an old episode of Brothers and Sisters (I miss that show) before getting up to do laundry, get the kids homework done, decluttering some more, etc. I took the kids to a fall festival for a Rainbow Family event. It was a perfect day to be outside and the kids ran themselves silly for 4.5 hrs and still weren't ready to leave. Came home and got ready for the week, made salsa chicken in the crockpot for this week, and had the kids in bed and asleep by 7:15. Whoo hoo.
Fri: Picked up Ky and then home to do laundry and pick up some.
Sat: Tumbling in the AM, Ky insisted on wearing a dress which meant she had to wear tights. She learned tights on meant no stamps on her feet at the end of tumbling so I am hoping to use that to avoid dresses in the future. The craft fair was a bust. Only like 20 or so vendors and half were selling like tupper.ware, av.on, 3.1, and all of that stuff....not what I go to a craft fair for. Went grocery shopping and then headed home for lunch. Ky napped for a bit while I cleaned some more. We met A for a visit and it went okay.
Sun: DST really screws up Ky so we were up at 6:45. I made breakfast and we went to get her Christmas pictures done...super cute! I picked up my mom after and we went shopping. When we got home Ky played in the princess costume I got her super cheap (I love after holiday sales!) while I did more laundry and made dinner. As the night wore on I could tell bedtime was going to be a battle so I tried to keep her quiet but failed. She finally ended up going down at "normal" time (9:30) without a fuss.
today: I am not off but I want to be...Ky was up at 6:20 *yawn* DST can bite me
Friday - We picked up the house and M's mom came and stayed with us so we could leave early Saturday morning for our out of town shower.
Saturday - We had our out of town shower with my family and holy cow it was amazing. I cannot believe the support my extended family showed towards our new little family on the way. They were awesome and I cried about 10 times. They gave us so many awesome things for the boys and completed their room by getting us the names for the wall and their personalized baby books. It honestly was too much!
Sunday - We hung out and watched football. While watching football, we did our thank you cards for our shower and stamped those. It was a very relaxed day as I was beat from 6 hours on the road Saturday. Oh and M took me to get fried catfish for dinner!!!

Friday - I honestly don't remember! At some point I did some sewing.
Saturday - I slept late and then came into the office to get some work done. Was moderately productive. Came home, finished up the little bag I was sewing, and then C and I went out to the fabric store and for Indian food.
Sunday - C and I went to a double baby shower for two of her coworkers. It was fun but definitely on the long side. Then we came home and I did some work while C obsessed about this new quilt idea she has...even though she doesn't know anything about quilting! Ah my wife...always with the big ideas.
