I saw in the Daylight Savings Time thread that you go back to work Monday. Are you excited? Nervous? Ready to be with adults all day? I wish you lots of luck on your first day back!

    I am SAH. I would have had to be back September 1 if I was going back since I took my mat leave early to get ready and relax last year. We're planning on TTC right away, and I didn't want to go back just to leave again within a year.

    I do miss spending time with only adults, but I don't miss my old job at all.

    We are waaaaay NW of Calgary lol. We're actually a couple hours west of Edmonton.

    Butting in to say I was looking forward to going back for the same reasons as you and I'm really enjoying it. I also have Mondays off which has been nice - to still have a day with G. I know you're doing something similar.

    Now that I know where in the province you are, I will give you a heads up the next time I head down that way. I have lots of extended family that lives in Calgary, as well as my BFF and her 10 month old daughter. Maybe we can try to swing a get together while I'm down there next time!

    I love being there, and work, and contributing to the household more than EI, and especially lunch and shopping without strollers or nap schedules!
