XP: Disclosure Meeting on Friday!
A SW is coming to our house Fri am!!! This will be an actual disclosure mtg where we will find out a lot of details.
This is about two boys. I'll call them J & J. They are 21 mos. and 4 yo. The 21 mo has physical therapy and muscle stiffness. The 4 yo has some speech delays and is hyperactive. Both were born methadone addicted, and had to be weaned. Other drug exposure as well. Trial is next week, low legal risk. But the SW will want an answer soon. TPR trial is next Thursday.
The other two boys are T and H. No known special needs. H is 3 mo and very high legal risk. T is two and some legal risk. I may not know more for 2 weeks about them, because there is a big internal meeting.
This is going to be SUCH a hard decision! I know only DH and I can decide, but if you can please send out vibes or prayers or whatever you got that we will make the right choice.
