3yr bday idea

His theme is buzz lightyear and ive got tons of party gifts, foods, and decor ideas from internet but im lacking indoor games or activities. I am doing a galaxy homemade playdough and am making each kid buzz wings but i need a game.

My thought since the living room will be star command is to tell the space cadets that Zerg has broken in and we need their help to find him! So im thinking of hiding homemade Zergs around the room and making a jail to put them in. Then all the cadets get a sticker or ribbon or something for helping capture him.

Is that dumb? Honestly tell me. Ages of kids are 20 months to 4 years..and a 8 year old.

    Some parents might not like the idea of their LOs being exposed to the concept of "jail".

    Cute idea. I kind of agree with the pp.

    My only issue is, we had DD1's 3rd birthday party about a month ago, and it was really hard keeping them on task. I would be afraid of them losing interest. Not because the game isn't fun, but just at that age, their minds get sidetracked easily.
