Spitting up

I don't get on here very often, but today was weird. My DS hasn't had a lot of issues with spitting up. He might spit up once every few weeks. Well he spit up 5 times this afternoon/evening. Twice after the 3:00 nursing and 3 times during/after 6:00. I EBF. He seems content as far as that's concerned, but he also hasn't pooped since Thursday or Friday morning. I don't know if the two are related, but I know the lack of poo is starting to bother him. I understand BF babies can go up to 10 days between BMs and it be normal, and I also understand spitting up is ok too, but this just isn't normal for my LO. Any ideas? TIA.
