I'm in a wedding in a week and a half and didn't plan to be showing, but I am. I'm almost 12 weeks and have not planned to tell the extended family and friends. The dress I'm required to wear is form-fitting. I am only a reader, so maybe I can hide behind the podeum. :-) How do I help conceal the bump?
Did you pick out the dress or did you the bride? Can you change dresses?

Double up on spanx! If it worked for Adele, I'm sure it will help you out. Even if you just do it for the ceremony when eyes will be on you then take off afterward so as not to squash LO. No matter what at least you'll have that pregnancy glow.
If you aren't ready to tell anyone, I would return the dress and get a new one that is more empire waisted or peplum so that it doesn't show your belly.
Re: In a wedding and showing! Help!
Maybe just tell them you gained weight? I don't know. You may have to tell them. Good luck!!! Maybe they won't notice or won't mention it.
Edit: Maybe try upping your water and fiber intake. It is probably mostly bloat right now and you might be able to reduce it. Watch your sodium also.
Tell them you're bloated or have gained weight. Wear a shawl or long scarf or some sort of cover up to match your dress.
