Do you see stars when you cough/sneeze really hard?

This happens to me from time to time. it only lasts a few seconds and then they are gone. I'd say maybe twice a month. I have seen my primary doctor, neurologist, OB, and an opthamologist who all attribute it to changes in blood pressure and nothing to worry about.

Just makes me crazy. I want to know I'm not alone.

YES! And sometimes when I get up too fast. My BP is always normal, so my OB isn't worried about it. It is still weird though!

Sometimes this happens to me... But mostly I have, what I'm assuming, is a contraction when I cough or sneeze really hard.

This for me too! About 2 weeks ago it happened when I stood up from sitting at my desk! That's when I finally went to the opthamologist!

Yes, like a PP said, I usually see them when I stand up too fast or when I start to get really hot. Everything checks out ok, but it is annoying!

It happens to me even when I'm not pregnant and Drs have never seemed too concerned about it.

I get them when I blow my nose its kinda strange

I also had it happen when I was not pregnant - also no concern from doctors! I definitely get them when I blow my nose hard too! Glad I am not alone. I always start thinking the worst.

Yes!
This happened the other day when I was in the shower coughing. I thought I was tripping out because I saw big black stars. Good think my husband was in there with me, I was freaked!

This happened to me this morning in the shower. I was coughing so hard (it actually made me gag and throw up) and I started seeing stars. It stopped so I wasn't too concerned.
