EF shampoo/ body wash for baby with eczema

Any recommendations?  We've been using EMAB baby wash on him followed by Aquaphor, but it doesn't seem to be helping, in fact, I wonder if it's making things worse.  The Cali Baby calendula cream doesn't work either.

 The only thing that seems to work is the cortisone cream, but I don't want to use this regularly...looking for something more natural to use in between needing the cortisone when it gets bad.  TIA!

    Episencial is the only thing that doesn't irritate Lil's eczema.

    We did not want to use cortisone often either. We use pure coconut oil twice a day. It's working great! I just bought some on amazon.

    I would recommend anything without FRAGRANCE. Also what are you using to wash his clothes with? We use Ava Anderson Non Toxic!

    Keep in mind that babies don't really NEED soap. A little water and a gentle cloth will do, or a tiny drop of soap.

    Also, ditto PP to check your laundry detergent.

    Coconut oil to moisturize

    Calmoseptine when flared up.

    Fish oil supplement to ward off flare ups

    Also, tepid bathwater, bathe every other or every third day, and lotion immediately.  I also lotion between diaper changes if I can.  My LO grew out of it by ~7 months.

    Agree with the Say Yes To line and definitely coconut oil to moisturize and look into black seed oil. It has many uses and helped clear up my eczema and my SOs asthma.
