Beta today 11dp3dt = 14.
Also I'm bleeding, more than spotting, but lightly and light pink. With cramps. I'm supposed to stay on meds and have another draw on Wednesday. Doc said she's seen numbers like this work before, but when I mentioned I was bleeding, she seemed sedate. Truly I don't have any hope for this PG. Even if the numbers double on Wednesday... it's not starting well.
I've been testing with HPTs all last week and this weekend. The trigger line never went away so I've had an ongoing BFP, and lots of hope last Thursday and Friday but my FRER tests barely got darker from day to day. Digitals of course said "not pregnant."
We're in a tough place. This is our 4th loss and 2nd loss in 3 months. Clearly there is some issue.
We're taking November and December off to research our options (nov) and decide (Dec) and move forward pursuing 2 options at the same time.
Mister D wants to try one more IVF with "us" and I think, I am cool with that. We will probably look into consultations at other clinics (CCRM, Cornell, SIRM, Braver.man) and see what we think about cycling out of state - with "experts." I've been happy with my clinic, but I'm not sure if a 4th there is the right way to spend our time/$.
And we'll likely we'll begin pursuing DE or domestic adoption.
The road isn't over, it's just unclear and we keep having these "almosts" that give me glimmers of hope... but really...really... I'm crushed.

Well, sh!t.
It really and truly sucks that this has happened to you. I would tell you not to give up hope yet but nothing has infuriated me more in the past than when people have said that to me. If it's all going to turn out fine, I thought, then let it turn out fine. If it's not, I want to be prepared for my devastation. So I won't tell you to hold out hope when it might feel a lot better to just hunker down and wait for the storm.
I'm not a religious person, but I believe in good wishes and positive thoughts, and I'm sending you every scrap of what I got right now. You have people in your corner, hoping that there's a happy ending for you, whether that happy ending comes through adoption or IVF or any other path.
Now I'm going to watch that video and listen to the song and cry. I'll be back shortly.

DH: low sperm motility,low count.
Met with RE start clomid + TI + IUI 5/12= IUI cancelled due to positive Cystic Fibrosis carrier test. DH tested Neg. for Cystic Fibrosis,
6/12 Clomid + TI +IUI=BFN 8/10 IVF consult.
IVF #1 Started BCP 9/2 Lupron 10/11 stims 10/27 ER 11/6!! 5 eggs retreived only 1 mature. FERT report shows none made it.Cancelled cycle.
IVF #2 BCP 11/18 Lupron 12/14
Stims start 12/29 ER 1/8 ET 1/11 put in 1 grade B and 1 grade C. Beta: 1/20 = BFN
IVF# 3 7/13 BFP ended in chemical pregnancy

I am so sorry for what you are going through. I hope that the time you take off will give you some clarity.
After a break / vacation, we just recently made the decision to go to one of the "big" referral clinics. I think it is the right decision for us, and you may find that one of these guys can get to the bottom of why you keep miscarrying and treat you appropriately. You need someone who thinks outside the box. I, too, felt like it would be a waste to keep going w/ the same clinic here in town.
