I recommend the Gummies as well. I took them before my BFP. Once I got that I switched b/c I wanted the iron as well as a different source of Vitamin A. Apparently beta-carotene is best and better absorbed and safer than retinol forms of vit A. I switched to nature's made and take them at night.
I also would recommend trying to find a DHA that is plant based - supposed to be better absorbed/more bioavailable but I could not find any other than really expensive ones at whole foods. GL!

I was the same way! Then, when I finally got pregnant I couldn't keep anything down when I had morning sickness. I take Premama Prenatal Vitamin Drink Mix because it's not a pill. It's completely flavorless and you can mix it with almost any beverage. I mix it with gatorade or OJ and I keep it down everytime. It has DHA, folic acid, B Vitamins, etc. I highly recommend it! You can buy it online for like $25 a month.
