A bit nervous ....TMI

So we went to the football game all day yesterday, and I also got AF yesterday AM. My period has been pretty normal, except this am I passed a VERY LARGE clot. It instantly reminded me of my m/c and those clots. I had my dc August 31 and have had a period since then and there was nothing like this, it could've fit in palm of my hand easily. Is this a reason to be concerned?

    I'm inclined to say no, it's probably something that should have come out sooner but it's good that it's finally passed.  I do think you should let your doctor know tomorrow and see what they think, they might want to check you out.

    Did you have a follow up appointment after your d&c to make sure everything was gone?  Hopefully nothing, but a phone call to your doc never hurts!  Let us know how you make out!

    I would call the doc just in case, but I bet it's probably ok. I understand how this could be scary though. hugs

    I can totally understand why you would be concerned. No experience here... Just agree with PPs to call your doc tomorrow, and some (((hugs))) coming your way.

    I'd say no because I'm still passing some clots too. But if you feel it is make an appt.

    I would let your doctor know. The instructions I was given was to notify the doctor if I passed anything larger than a golf ball (I did). My doctor did a quick exam and said everything was fine.
