Doesn't bother me. My first and last name (maiden name) had the same first two letters. It never occurred to me that it was a big deal.

not a big deal 99% of the time probably depend on the exact names.. only an real issue if it's MATCHING

I think your examples all work. As long as the whole name doesn't rhyme or sound really similar other than the beginning I say yay.

I like it, most of the time. My brother's name is Cameron Cashin (not the exact spelling of our LN) and I love his name.
