Dumb question but I'm bored and excited.
My mom just called and is coming to pick up the boys and me to go to lunch and walk around a place here called Legacy Village. We're going to have Cheesecake Factory for lunch. I've never been there before, what's good to eat and what should I dress the boys and myself in? I'm not used to anything but Applebees lol!
It's probably the last beautiful day here in Ohio, 80 today, so it's perfect since Legacy is all outside.

I've been there 2-3 times, and have loved everything I've gotten (but can't remember what, and this was about 2 years ago). Obviously, the cheesecake is AMAZING.
Casual jeans and a shirt is fine, you'll probably see a little bit of everything, from the family get together like you're doing, to a business lunch.
Have a fabulous lunch, enjoy it!

They have a grilled cheese that is delicious. The white chicken chili is H's favorite.
The portions are really big, just FYI.
I've been known to skip the main course and just get cheesecake.
Just regular clothes are good. We're usually in jeans.
ETA: Forgot to say, how nice of your momma, enjoy your afternoon out!
Don't feel out of place! It's just a nice experience. Put all of you in jeans, have the boys wear a polo or button up, and wear a blouse. It'll give you that in-between feeling, where you're not in a hoodie, but not a fancy dress either.

If you dress causal you shall be fine... I am usually in jeans and a cute top. However MS is right the is a large range!

I second the HUGE portions, you will have several days worth of leftovers if you order off the regular menu. They do have a new "skinnylicious" menu though that's full of healthier options and equally as good, just not ginormous.
I don't recommend the factory meatloaf, but the grilled chicken and avocado club sandwich is good. The the bread they give you beforehand is awesome.

OMG, this thread is killing me right now! I adore Cheesecake Factory! Seriously, I've never had a meal I didn't love. Even their bread is delicious.
Like PPs said, their portions are HUGE. I generally make their burrito into 3-4 meals. I also really love their chopped salad.
Enjoy - that sound like such a fun day out! It also inspires me to plan a similar day with DD and my mom, so thanks for that!
I'm from Ohio myself! If you don't mind my asking, what part of town are you from? I've always been a westsider (i.e. Berea, Olmsted Falls, North Olmsted area). I went to school out by Legacy Village, but never went to Cheesecake Factory. I LOVE cheesecake and would love to go there, but DH isn't a fan.

Have a good time at Legacy and try anything at Cheesecake. It's all good! You don't have to dress too fancy or anything. Hope you are the boys have a great time, you all deserve it!
