Lol... I fry the bacon in the wok first, and when it's done, I take it out, and put the rice in, without draining the grease. It's probably not very good for you, but it keeps the rice from drying out. I put the soy sauce on, and fry that up for a few minutes, then I added frozen brocolli (first time I've done that, and it's really good), put the lid on for a few minutes, then I push everything to the sides, making a circle in the middle, scramble the eggs there, and then mix it all together.

Oooo, that sounds good! I got a wok for my bridal shower and still have never used it. I'll be using it now, though!
