I would try different textures like crackers, peas or corn, eggs, cheese, noodles. The examples you gave are all really squishy which maybe doesnt appeal to her.
I also agree with PP's about just letting her try different things. You can supplement with BM or formula as needed. She'll come around.
Re: Food frustration...another food question!
Piggybacking off of that, I know it sounds silly, but she may not recognize them as "food" since all her nutrition has been pureed/mushed.
I would keep giving her table foods to explore/taste/play with and she'll eventually get the idea.
