What is your DH's contact name in your phone?

I change it all the time. Right now its husband

    It's just his name...however 'husband' is fun.  When I get my new phone (current one is so broke I can only answer calls) I'm going to do that!

    I'll change it occasionally but right now its just his name with a little <3 next to it.

    This is really dorky of me since my DD is very young, but DH is listed as "Dad" in my phone. I've heard that kids can learn words by sight long before they actually can read them, so I changed DH to "dad" and the grandparents to "grandma/grandpa ____" DD always plays with my phone, so I guess my thought process is that she can learn to use the phone and call dad or grandma eventually. Like I said, I know that she is a bit young so I'm sure many people will think I'm nuts for this.

    It use to be hubby but he made me change it since he's paranoid. If someone gets a hold of my phone because I lost it they could easily text him a personal question and he would be more apt to answer thinking its me. So he's listed as ICE and his first name. ICE so in case of an emergency first responders would know who to call. My mom is also listed under ice

    Hm thats interesting, i never thought of that. I have 3 people who are like my top 3 on my phone.. hubby mom and my bff but i would never think of that situation where someone would text a personal question to them knowing they would answer.

    It was Hunny Bee but I changed it back to his first name. 

    And I love the Santa idea, I will have to remember that when the time comes.

    is the ICE thing universal knowledge? I never ever ever knew that people did that. I would have never thought it meant in case of an emergency either. my very litteral mind would think WTF is Dan cold. haha

     I agree that's not cool. I couldn't imagine trying to save someone's life on a daily basis let alone having to bear the burden of calling their loved ones and giving them the news

    Also under ICE FN and LN.  My father is also my ICE contact and he's listed under his FN and LN.

    I don't have anyone listed under their relationship to me.  Although, I do have two contacts with the same FN/LN combo -- they have parenthesis with an identifier so that I don't mix them up.

    Funny story--my BIL has his wife listed as "wifey" and my nephew saw it and said, "Who's wiff-ey??"  So now MH calls me wiff-ey sometimes.

    I also use "Mom" for my parent's house and her cell phone and "Dad" for my father's cell phone number.

    I have ICE on my aunt..since DH is notoriously hard to get in touch with...especially when it's a number he doesn't know.

    Its been "Hubby" ever since we got married.  Each time I get a new phone I consider changing it, but it makes me smile whenever he calls.  

    ETA:  I have several friends who are EMTs/paramedics and used to date a police officer and work as a matron for the sheriff's department.  I don't know what other areas do, but they always just checked the first person on speed dial in case of emergency.  DH's cell is my speed dial 2 and my mom is speed dial 3 so those would be the people they reached.
