Ok, since it seems like everyone has different recommendations, I thought maybe I'd put up a poll and see what gets the most votes. If you used multiple ones, either click SS and explain below or click the one that you used most often (like if you used the Ergo around town but found the Moby better for hikes or something like that, then click the Ergo).

Can't you use an Ergo for infants with the infant insert? That was one of the things that I found appealing about it. And I liked my woven when DD was itty bitty and I used the cradle wrap with her, but as she got bigger I seemed to get worse with it and she wouldn't stay in well. Then when she was old enough that we could put her upright, it was just way easier to use the Baby Bj?rn (although very hard on my shoulders).

I voted Ergo.
However, for the first six months, I used both the Ergo and the Moby. The Moby is great for little ones, keeps them warm and cozy, right next to your skin. I just don't like how long it takes to get it just right.
I use my Ergo daily. Around the house to fold laundry, pick up the house, even cook (with ds on my back now that he is older). My husband likes it too.

We've had five, a baby bjorne, which was all I had othe beginning and I. Used it loads and loved it, even though it's not the best.
W also had a moby and a rirng sling I could never get the hang of. A Patapum, which is like an ergo, but prob not as nice, which is good, but not great for newborns, when I wore them the most, and a Kelty, which we use now for walking, but. S more comfortable for my husband.
Id have loved an ergo, but couldn't justify the price.
My favorite was the Moby, but I would like to try a woven. After figuring out how to get it on quickly it was my best friend. It came with us everywhere--even if we were just running over to spend the day with the ILs. I spent a ton of time with DD sleeping in the Moby. Love, love, loved it.
The Ergo with the infant insert was okay and DH preferred it, but it was more of a PITA for me to get her in and out of than for me to just wrap the Moby on and pop her in.
