I know this may seem like a silly question...but is there a certain feeling before it does break? Can one of the babies kick so hard it breaks it? I honestly feel like I am getting kicked right in the "Hooha" by Baby A, but I was curious to know if there is a certain feeling before it does break? Thanks!!!
Re: What does it feel like before your water breaks?

Our perfect baby boys were born at 36w1d!!
With my first son, it broke during my induction. I honestly didn't feel anything and I thought I had peed myself b/c suddenly I was all wet. I was so embarrassed to call the nurse in and then relieved when I realized what had happened.
With the twins my doc broke my water to get the monitor on Benjamin's head.... again, didn't really feel anything until the gush of fluid.

About me 2007: Started TTC. 2008: OB prescribed clomid, went to RE and was Dx with PCOS. 2009: IUI #1 w/follitsim and trigger = BFP. B/G Twins born at 33 weeks. 2012: TTC #3, Round 2 of Letrozole w/TI = BFP, missed m/c at 8 1/2 wks. Currently on the bench as we make plans for a new home. Anxious to start TTC #3 within the next year!
Both times my water broke and it didn't feel like anything right before, there was just a sudden gush feeling. The first time it wasn't much at all (nothing like in the movies!).
But the second time I was pretty soaked by the time we got to the hospital. What I didn't know before is that it keeps going after the initial "break".

All I felt was liquid running down my legs when I stood up to go tot he bathroom in the middle of the night. no pop or anythign and mine didn't come out super fast but was pretty much constant stream til we got the hospital. One thing I never thought about ahead of time was what I'd wear if my water broke & also towels, etc for the car seat...
I will say though, I went to the OB 2 days prior and was really squirmy and antsy on the table & I said something about making an u/s appt for that Monday (it was Wed.) and he was like, well, you can make that appt but I guarantee I'll see you at the hospital before Monday based on how you seem right now... My water broke Fri night.
