Our 8 week old is a very sensitive guy. Even in disposables he will wail instantly when he pees so we are going through about 16 diapers a day. I try to do cloth diapers during the day and disposables at night (because if he is willing to sleep I do not want to disturb that). My stash consists of Kawaii pure and naturals, bumgenius, a couple fuzzibunz and some grovia AIO. When he wears his cloth he always seems cranky and unhappy. I am not sure if it is the elastic or being wet that he doesn't like. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Re: I think baby hates his cloth diapers
Are you sure he is wailing b/c he's wet? I mean, it's entirely possible but if he is doing it in disposables as well, which keep baby completely dry, than there might be a different issue going on. Perhaps the actual act of peeing is hurting him? Not sure how common UTIs are in baby boys, but that could be something to look in to.
At 8 weeks old, I doubt he really understands the concept of wet/dry. Many of your diapers are stay-dry so he shouldn't be all that wet (the GroVias will leave him the most wet).
