I'm going for it!!!

My friend has me amped up to start doing a mud run next year.  I just started the running process a couple of weeks ago to prepare.  It's amazing what no smoking for two years can do.  I haven't been a runner since high school, which is more than 10 years ago... I am going to sign up for the Twin Cities event and probably the Chicago one.  I know some of you ladies are from both areas.  Have any of you participated in the past?

    I did a Mountain Mucker in May and it was awesome!  I would totally do one again. I got very dirty (obviously,) cut up and bruised - and I loved every minute of it! It was so much fun!  Good luck!

    We have the Spartan Run and Warrior Dash over here. The Spartan is insanely intense. I couldn't do it this year but I am hoping to do it next year. They hostyhe one here on the motorcycle track where they do motocross nationals.......it's almost all uphill.

    I'm from the twin cities and my friends do the Warrior Dash  I think it benefits St. Jude.

    If you want to make a get together while your up let me know.

    I've heard of the Warrior Dash.  My friend goes to it every year, too. 

    I would love to meet up!  I will keep in touch, for sure.  We go up that direction at least twice a year since all of my Dad's side of the family lives in the TC area.  Hastings, Canon Falls, Brooklyn Park, Minneapolis.
