I like Banana Republic and Ann Taylor for work clothes. I usually shop at Gap, Target and Old Navy for more casual stuff.... Ok, I actually like to shop anywhere and everywhere!
I like Kohl's for the basics, but if I want something fun and special, I go to modcloth.com. They have SUPER cute stuff, but I only buy stuff on sale. I'm also not ashamed to admit I get garage sale items whenever possible.

I love consignment stores. There is a great one a few blocks from me that carries really nice brands. I also like TJ Maxx, Old Navy and Gap.
ETA: NY and Company
If I could afford it, my whole wardrobe would come from White House Black Market. Instead, I shop the sale racks there as well as Ann Taylor (regular and Loft), the Limited, and Banana Republic. I also like Nordstrom Rack.

For everyday and work stuff (I wear jeans to work), I shop at Gap. For things that are a step up, I like Banana Republic and Anthropologie. Ooooooooh, I could go broke at Anthropologie.
Mostly Banana Republic and the Loft. I also like NY and Co, Nordstrom Rack and WHBM I always forget about that one, but have great success when I go in!

For work clothes and basics I tend to shop Banana Republic (and Macys for suits - they have THE BEST suit sales)
For fun dresses/going out clothes I buy a lot of stuff from BCBG and Nordstroms.
For cheap "going to get ruined" vacation clothes I head to Old Navy.

J. Crew & Gap because they usually have awesome sales. Nordstrom Rack and TJ Maxx. Neimans when they have good sales too!
