Switching to floor bed?

DH has agreed to let me switch DD into a floor bed so her bed can go to the new baby. At the moment she's not STTN and is up a few times a night.

Baby No2 is due in Feb, DD'll be approaching 20 months then. I would like to switch her over before, when would you make the switch?

We moved DS to a floor bed when he was 16 months. He started STTN shortly after we moved him.

I'd do it now. Callum was in a floor bed starting at 15 months and did just fine!

We started the switch just after her first birthday and she was fully switched around 13 months.

Thanks ladies. I guess we'll switch her per when we have the new baby's room ready. At the moment it's my office and well with a crib in there the move would be much harder
