So, I live in a "small" big town, and the next "bigger town" is about 20 minutes away, no big deal.
I started a registry on BRU online, but when I did a search, the closest one is like 75 miles away...
I then decided to do another registry on Target.com (which we have in town) and then thought about creating one for babydept (Burlington) which is one town up, about 20 minutes away.
Is it impractical to have 3 registries? should I just switch what I can from BRU to the target/babydepot or keep it? I dont want it to seem that Im "greedy" because I registered at different places, but there are things only BRU has :-/ Plus, I have a TON of friends across the coast who will be doing the shopping online anyway...?
What would you do?
Re: Baby registry question: no stores within 75 miles...WWYD?
I'd have an Amazon one, without a doubt. You could always enclose something in the invite that says "free super saver shipping" - because they offer free shipping on most items as long as your total is over $25. Not to mention the prices are better than BRU so you get more bang for your buck!
Well, I have another question then: lol
Which registry do I register for the "big" stuff, like stroller, playpen, swing and bouncer etc etc? It doesn't make sense to register for three sets, right? Which one should have that stuff?
I dont remember it being this hard for DD lol...

I personally would just do Target. You can get everything you need there. I would be a bit put off by a shower invitation that had 3 registries in it.
edited to say that I like the idea of amazon too since you have people from all over ordering stuff.
I only had 2, but I knew that I'm a registry stalker, so I put a few of the same things on both and then deleted it from the other store when it was purchased.
I would only do 2 and think that you can probably get everything between them.

Amazon has that universal button, so you can put everything on the internet onto your Amazon registries.... I'm just gonna have Amazon. I don't think anyone is gonna come to my shower that doesn't have internet access, and if by chance they don't they can just get me whatever the heck they feel like honestly.
Okay... I MIGHT get a separate account for Gymboree, just because it's in town, (we don't even have a Target!) and their stuff is a-freaking-dorable.
I wouldn't just do one store. Some of your guests might not have access to a target or might not like shopping there. Adding amazon is a good idea.

I would only do Amazon. It is really easy, accessible from anywhere, and has better prices than BRU.
I would not include anything about free shipping with the invitation as previously suggested....people will see that when they look at it.
A friend of mine just did hers on there and has had all of her showers, she said there were no issues with people using it.
I think 3 would get confusing for me personally.
We are so thankful that our second daughter, Lillian Elizabeth "Lily", was born healthy and happy on February 11, 2013. We love her to pieces.
We lost our first daughter, Hannah Grace on May 4, 2011. She was buried on May 14 during a beautiful service at my home church. We are grateful that if she could not be here with us, that she is healed and whole with the Lord. We look forward to the day when we will get to meet her. We love her so much.

Hey, pretty girl, it feels so right,
All wrapped up in my arms so tight
Hey, pretty girl, it feels so right
Life's a long and winding ride
Better have the right one by your side
And happiness don't drag its feet
Time moves faster than you think
I beg to differ. I wen with my best friend to register at Target and Babies-r-Us, and BRU had SO much more stuff that Target. Target's baby section is actually REALLY small and they have very little selection. Also, just going off of my wedding registry, Target has a sh!tty return policy. I would actually try to keep my registry at Target kind of small. It's really convenient for some shoppers, but that's really the only positive.
