what is a "heavy wetter"

I keep seeing this and, this being my first LO, she is all I have to go on. What do people mean when they say their kid is a heavy wetter? They leak/soak through diapers? I feel ridiculous for asking this but I really have no idea if she is average or what! :

    A heavy wetter refers to a child who pees a lot in a short amount of time, often causing leaks not due to user error but due to the inserts being so soaked they can't hold any more. My LO is a heavy wetter and she can soak through 2 bamboo inserts and a hemp insert stuffed into a pocket in about 1.5 hrs. We have moved to fitteds with wool and I finally have a baby whose clothes and sheets I don't have to change constantly. That makes me one happy momma!
