What I have so far:
24 newborn/infant prefolds (Indian cotton, unbleached)
24 medium prefolds (Indian cotton, unbleached)
3 hemp prefolds (to be used as doublers)
7 Flips brand covers (supposed to fit 7-35 lbs)
1 roll flushable covers (for meconium and etc)
3 Snappis, size 1
3 wool covers
36 micro-fleece inserts
2 tubs Nellie's soap for laundering
1 set wool dryer balls
ETA: 6 newborn covers (Rumparooz)
60 flannel wipes
Stats:
First (and only) baby due in April
HE front-loading washer
SAHP, so able to do laundry ED or EOD
I know I need wet bags and a diaper sprayer.... but what else?
Re: Please critique my starter stash
Although the Flip covers state they fit 7 lbs, they don't. It took my daughter until she was around 11 lbs for them to fit her properly. Newborns legs are pretty skinny
You also need to get a cloth diaper safe cream. I really like Cj's for during the day, and Grandma El's (when she started sleeping through the night at 7 weeks)
For your diaper sprayer, I HIGHLY recommend the Knickernappies one at Kellyscloset.com. I bought a generic ebay one for my house and had a gift certificate at kelly's and bought the knickernappies for my mom. WOW is there a difference in water pressure. and the knickernappies has a quarter turn shut off valve, unlike mine where I have to turn it around something like 10 times to get it to shut off.

What is "FB" in this context? Fuzzi Buns brand?
Our current plan is to always use either a microfleece or a viscose (disposable) liner. Hopefully if we wash the microfleece separate, there will never be cross contamination.
Regarding cloth wipes - I'm trying to figure out how to DIY, but I do not have a serger. I wonder if polarfleece would work as a wipe? We have a ton of polarfleece scraps from various projects we could use.
I made my wipes out of terry and flannel. I sewed them wrong sides, turned them right side out, and zigzagged around the edge. I think they are holding up better than serging them would have. I love the terry because it grabs poop unlike anything else I've used. The flannel side is great for a final gentle wipe.
ETA: You need something to wet your wipes. I saved my peri bottle from after delivery and keep it filled with water and wet wipes as I need them.
