Any cute ideas for thank-yous?

Did anyone do anything cute for thank-you cards for DC's 1st birthday?  I want to do something besides the store bought cards.

    I don't know how original this idea is.. ;) But how about cute photo thank you cards? You could do them w/ pro 1 year pics if you did them, smash cake pic, pic of your DC in a "I'm 1!" outfit of some sort, or something similar...

    TTC since 8/13 - diagnosed difficulty conceiving due to LP defect. Took vitamin B and Vitex Berry to help lengthen.
    BFP 2/14 - Missed M/C found at 8.5 weeks. D&C at 9w2d. Partial Molar Pregnancy.

    You can do a photo card like the ones they do for weddings...your DC can hold up a sign that says Thank You - a candid one would be cute.

    DS is only 6 mos. but for the thank you notes I've written to family and close friends I used my left hand and wrote it from DS. It was a bit hard at first but I wrote less and I think they got a kick out of it.
