I guess I should do an intro....

Hey all! I got my BFP on Wednesday morning. I was going to wait until I could get it confirmed with a blood test, but.... I'm impatient!

I love the "family" element in this board. All of you are so nice and supportive. This will be my first child, so I'm pretty nervous about what to expect and whatnot. So reading over the comments of the non-first time mommies is really helpful.

My husband and I have been married for almost 2 years (in Dec). We decided to go off BC this last July. My DH is more excited than I am. It's so adorable to see your man get giddy about something. Me on the other hand, I'm excited...but I'm more on the negative side. My sister had a m/c for her first, so I'm expecting the same thing. I am praying that it wont happen, but I just don't want to be blindsided.

Thanks for having me on this board everyone! I look forward to following you all through this wonderful experience!

    Welcome, and congratulations!!!  Being nervous is completely normal, but just remember that most things are out of your control at this point!  Just be good to yourself and your body, and enjoy the ride!
