Recommend your bottles please.

I had to stop BFing and then the original formula we used made DS sick. We've been using the Enfamil AR and it's working out really well except for the bottles.

Well actually I call him a lazy eater. If it's the least bit difficult he just pushes the nipple out and cries.

I've tried the Dr. Brown's, Platex nurser, Nuk, Similac bottles and every combination of nipples.

What kind of bottles have you used that you have been happy with?

I like the Tommee Tippee. If she's starving, she can get the formula (or BM) out really quickly. But if she's not sucking hard, it goes a lot slower. The nipples are a lot bigger at the base too, and more flexible. If you're EFF, it's not a big deal, but I think the mimic a boob a lot better- we've had no issues going between nursing and bottles with them.

DD was on enfamil AR too. The Tommee Tippee bottles are really good for it.

We really like the advent natural bottles, no leaking and they are working great for us.

The Avent bottles leaked all over DD and she finished them way too fast even with the slow flow nipple. We tried the platter ventaire advanced and they are awesome! No leaking and with the thicker nipple they are much more manageable for her.

We use the Similac ones as well as The First Years Breastflow bottles. They're both made to mimic the breast so not sure if they would be good for formula. But I love them.

This! Ds has a really strong gag reflex and the nipples on the tommee tippee bottles aren't as big as some others. He has no issues switching from breast to bottle.

DS was a very lazy eater and unwilling to really nurse or suck on a bottle. It was funny and frustrating all at once. He did well with the Avent bottles. They were easy enough flow that he didn't have to work too hard, but they also didn't choke him by releasing too fast.

We used Playtex drop-in nursers for DS and intend to use the same for DD when she starts taking a bottle.

DD will suck milk out of anything, she tries to suck her syringe for her medicine lol.I use NUK, the slow flow nipples with a wide baseit has a similar nipple to her dr. browns pacifier.Does your LO use a paci? If so, you might want to try and find a nipple similar to the pacifier.

He will use a paci, once in a blue moon, but its worth a try. Thanks!
