1 to 1.5 hours between naps, then nap of 1 hour (4-5 naps a day). They go to 3 naps at 4 months and I think down to 2 naps much later like 6 or 9 months.
I read that they go to two naps a day at around 6 months. A mid-morning nap and an afternoon nap (1-2 hours each).
I'm not sure how long now. I'm having a hard time getting her to nap. She'll only nap long enough for me to grab a quick shower and throw in a load of laundry. I can't get anything done during the day and she gets super crabby by the evening.
He seems to be a on 3 nap schedule but was pretty hard getting here he used to fight sleeping like it was his job. Lately he seems to nap best in his swings I can usually get a 2/3 hour one out of him in there if I put him in hus crib he is up after 45 mind no matter what

DS is a total catnapper, so he usually takes 4 or 5 naps a day after being awake for 1-1.5 hours at a time.
A solid nap routine/pattern really doesn't start to develop until about 4 months and naps don't usually get longer until 6 months from what I've read and experienced with DS1.
DS1 did 3 or 4 naps a day starting at 4 months and then did only 2 naps a day around 6 months and when he dropped the 3rd nap his bedtime moved up super early. He was in bed by 6:30pm most nights until he was past a year old. But he also slept 12ish hours straight through the night and would wake up at 6am for the day, so it wasn't too bad at all.
