OK, here is my top 10 list of pregnancy foods (foods that you crave, make your stomach feel great, and aren't too bad for you - they don't have to be crazy healthy either, just not something you'd be ashamed to tell your doctor you eat

7. ?Pasta with EVOO/Parm cheese (I can't handle too much tomato sause these days)
8. ?Fruits (sweet ones, like pineapple, grapes and pears)
9. ?Saltines (don't really crave it, but it makes my stomach feel good)
10. ?Hot dogs/cheeseburgers/Entemins (OK, I know this stuff is REALLY unhealthy, but I crave it every now and then and would be lying if I didn't list it

3) Grapes & Apples - but bananas make me want to barf
4) Ginger Ale. Not really a food but I am drinking tons of it.
5) PBJ
6) Steamed broccoli and carrots
7) Cereal - frosted miniwheats or honeynut cheerios mostly
8) lowfat yogurt
9) Veggies & Dip
10) anything with bbq sauce. mmmm...though chicken is starting to make me kind of queasy for some reason.?

6. Cereal, something about that ice cold milk makes me feel good!
7. Tom's Hot Fries!
8. Coca Cola and Ginger Ale ( good ole stand by's)

10. Cheeseballs ( iknow, its not a good start!)
I crave lots of good things but i crave bad stuff too! But the good outways the bad. Who cares anyway right? We are PREGNANT!!!!!

I wish something sounded good...but this has basically been my diet for 4 weeks. These are just the things I can stomach, not really crave.
The only thing I really want is a chimichanga covered with tons of queso or anything from Qdoba...but cant have the cheese.?
This is fun! I've been lucky so far as far as morning sickness -- I've only been quesy a few times, but I have had some food aversions.
(1) Apples
(2) Pasta (mac and cheese, ramen noodles, ravioli, egg noodles -- you name it, I've been eating it!)
(3) Rotisserie chicken (but not any other kind)
(4) Peanut butter!!! On toast, in PB&Js
(5) Hardboiled eggs (to try to get enough protein, although recently they've been sounding very unappealing)
(6) Milk -- I've been drinking milk like crazy. Sometimes chocolate or strawberry milk.
(7) Banana Bran muffins from the Publix bakery. I've had one of these nearly every single day since I found out I was pregnant!
(8) Soup
(9) Grilled cheese
(10) Raspberries. I bought a huge thing at Costco two days ago, and it's already gone!
Unfortunately, there's not a single vegetable on that list. That's not good!!

Wow, I'm going to Wholefoods tonight so we'll see what I actually have a craving for - seems like I'm just eating what is around based on traveling over Thanksgiving to my family, and food provided at work (yes, I'm lucky with free food at work), and take-out. I've only been a little woozy in the afternoons, so I'm doing ok. Sight of salmon makes me want to barf. Other fish, besides unfortunately tuna salad, which is high in mercury and I'm thus avoiding) hasn't been seeming so great to me lately, which sucks since I'm a lactose intolerant pescatarian, and thus my protein options are limited.
TOP 10:
1. watermelon, mandarins, apples
2. cheese - I'm lactose intolerant & super high cholesterol, so I really need to get some low-fat, lactose free cheese tonight while shopping!
3. salad (though b4 pregnancy I ate salad for 1-2 meals a day anyhow - I'm an addict).
4. Chinese food - so I'm probably eating too much tofu for a pregnant lady. Tofu & broccoli specifically.
5. warm eggs - I need to buy some tonight. hard boiled are grossing me out.
6. pasta, bread, crackers, etc.
