Horrible mother in texas glued baby to wall and beat her

Did you read about this "mother"? her 2yo was having trouble potty training.  She glued her to the wall and beat her so bad she died.  This b**ch has 5 kids at age 23.  She gets 5 babies and I only have one.  This is the things I dont undersatnd about IF.  why does she get 5 babies and I cant get 2?  I really really dont get it.
