I'm sure you prob get a lot of these posts, but please humor me as I'm sick, tired, and don't really even know where to start ![]()
I work FT. I may have to keep him in disposables at daycare, so how would that change what I need (or not)?
THANK YOU for your help.
Re: 7mo switching to CD: what do I need?
I switched to cloth at 7 months also, and DS is in FT daycare. Have you asked daycare yet if they accomodate cloth? Alot will, but ours won't. So we use sposies at daycare, and cloth at night and on weekends. But it really doesn't change much, you just need a smaller stash. Here's what I have:
15 BG3.0s
4 AIOs
12 cloth wipes
3 pail liners
a pail
2 wetbags (one small, one medium)
detergent (I use CC)
Diaper Dust
wipe solution (I make my own)
You don't NEED all of these things, you could do with less. But I think I have a pretty basic list. I wash diapers on Fridays and Sundays. I can make it Monday-Friday without washing since I'm only using 2 diapers a day most days. Diaper Dust is totally optional, and if you're going to be using sposies some, you may not care to switch to cloth wipes. I use cloth wipes with CDs, and regular wipes with sposies. And I think most people only have 2 pail liners, but I got a defective one and got another one free.
