I am just interested in what name/s you have chosen for your little one due in December.
My husband and I decided on Penelope Ann. Ann is his deceased mothers middle name and since our oldest has my mothers name as her middle name, we thought it'd be nice to celebrate his mother of course.
Can't wait to hear what you've chosen!

We chose Madelyn Elena
His grandmother was named Eleanor, but that felt too antiquated for us so Elena is sort of the nod to his grandmother.
I love the name Eleanor! But understand having to change names. My moms name is Teresa but we figured Isabella Teresa didn't sound right so we changed it a bit. And my husbands mothers name was Denise but Penelope Denise was a bit much too so we opted for middle name of Ann. It all works out and they appreciate the gesture no matter what.

No real significance for boy's name - we just like strong, simple names. Josephine is my grandmother's name (and my middle name is Jo) - so keeping that little tradition going

Im Italian and Rose is a family name used for at least 5 generations I know of.

Matthew Andrew, his name was Michael Andrew but my brother died the day my son was born and we wanted to honor him. We call him Andrew and he's 4.
Owen Perry, just liked Owen and Perry is dh's name. Owen is 2
Charlie Britten, we love Charlie, not Charles and Britten is a family name, he'll be the 4th Britten. Charlie is due on New Years Eve.
Ruby Lucille- due 12/10/12- We just loved the name- Classic, but not common
Adelia Poppy- 8/9/08- Adelia is a family name (pronounced just Amelia, but with a D) and Poppies are my favorite flower- I just thought it sounded so sweet and whimsical for a little girl- It totally suits her.

Laine as a tribute to my closest friend and Penny Laine b/c my DH is a HUGE Beatles fan.
I'm naming my little guy Charlie too - after his great grandfather who passed away two years ago. I also don't care much for the name Charles.
LOVE that name. Wonderful. My friend named his son Lennon John. Love that name too.

LOVE Rosalie Selene. Both were my tops for this baby, but DH said Rosalie was too old and Selene was too much Like Celine Dion. He sucks some times
Love the name Rosalie, but we live in Brasil and the r would be pronounced as an h. I tried with DH, because my great grandma's name was Rosalia, but I could not stand people making it sound like hosealia.

LOVE this name! This was almost exactly DD1's name.
It will be either Charlotte Noel or Charlotte Eliana. Due date 12/28
Charlotte is DH's late Grandma's name (and I've always loved it!). It will be Noel if she is born near Christmas, otherwise Eliana, which means "God answered", because she is an answer to prayer after many reproductive problems.
We have an Abigail Marie (8/14/10). My dh picked Abigail and after finding out it means " my fathers joy" I loved it even more. Marie is after my mom and dh's grandma.

Both first names we just agreed on. It was fairly simple. Middle name Kate is after my Grandma. It's what my Grandfather calls her. We are both Kathryn's and she goes by Kathy and I go by Katie.
Louis is my Dads name but everyone calls him Lou. He's my best friend and I want to honor him! He never had a boy and said he never wanted one either but I think it would be awesome to give back with either kid!
DH picked both his girls names. Mia from the Princess movie from Disney that came out in 05? I can't remember the name. Coral is her Moms middle name.
Lana is from a chick on small ville he thought was got and Gabrielle is from Gabrielle Solis on Desperate Housewives.
His ex wife was so desperate for him to take her back when she was pregnant and left him with the youngest she let him name Lana whatever he wanted and of course he turned to TV... Which is why he was banned this time!!

Our boy's choices are either Owen or Declan w.the middle name Joseph.
Girl's choice is either Maren or Margo w.the middle name Elizabeth.
I just got my repeat c-section date as 12.19.12- however if she/he is like her/his sisters than we'll meet on 12.17.12. (Both my girls were 9 days early!)
My first's name is Wyatt. His middle name is a maiden name from my XH's side of the family.
The one currently occupying my uterus will be Emerson Blaise. He's due 12/24 but threatening an early birthday.
Girl: Caroline Constance (Caroline after my great aunt and Constance after DH's grandma) Although, I see some other Caroline's on here- hoping for a not TOO popular name!
Boy: We can't decide!! Possibilities: George John, Kevin Patrick, Charles something..
