Cyst on placenta?

Doc said NT scan showed a small cyst on my placenta. He wasn't worried, but wants to follow up I'm 4 weeks. He was thinking it was either the second embryo that we transferred, or a small blood pocket. He said it should dissolve on its own. But it still makes me nervous a little. Anyone ever hear of this or went through this?
