I don't seem to feel the baby kick unless I sit down and am not doing anything else, almost like I have to focus. I feel a heart beat poking feeling, every so often when laying in bed or when I sit down to rest at work. I am 20 weeks, so I know I should be feeling my LO. I guess I am worried that I am the only one, and there might be something wrong. But J/W if any one was feeling the same things to ease my worried mind

! Thanks Ya'll
Re: Any one else having a hard time feeling the baby Kick?
I was 19 weeks, 5 days with DS. It will probably happen very soon!
ETA: oops meant 6 days.

You are still really early, especially for a FTM. Most FTM start feeling the baby more after 20 weeks. I didn't feel movement everyday until about 23-24 weeks.
That being said, you shouldn't even worry about feeling "consistent" movement before 28 weeks or so.
I just brought this up to my OB and she assured me that it is nothing to worry about. According to her, it will probably be another two weeks or so before I feel regular movement.
