  Sleeping in helped mine...until I started getting sick late at night (and it doesn't always care if I'm sleeping or not, I've woken up to puke - not.fun.at.all.)

  that's why I have a trash can right by my bed. You are right, it's not fun.

  I think I'm sick also. I'm just not feeling good.
