Oooo I like them all... If I had to choose just one, I would go with Emma- but I'm torn between the spellings of the two; Mae vs. May. That is a lot of M's. But Annabel May/Mae is very pretty too. Goodluck picking! That's a tough call.

Re: stuck between names and spelling....
I like the name Emma, but Emma Mae/y doesn't sound right together to me. Almost like you're stuttering over the 2 "m" sounds.
My vote is for Annabel May.

I really like both Emma and Annabel. We can't use Annabel because it rhymes too much with our last name. Of the two I prefer Annabel.
I'm not as fond of Mae/May but I prefer the Mae spelling.
This even though I prefer Emma over Annabel if you were using a different middle name.
While I strongly prefer the name Emma over Annabel, I do agree that Emma May sounds kind of clunky. I prefer the spelling May.
ETA: I like an Em name with mn May if there's another consonant between the two M's, like Emmeline May or Emily May. Then you could us Emma as a nn.
My exact thoughts.

This. I was the thinking the same thing about all of the m's in Emma Mae. It sounds like you are saying MMA (mixed martial arts).
