How long does a growth spurt last? I want my baby to return to normal!

    They're all different! The developmental ones can last from 2 days to 10 days, and the physical ones 24 days. I think every baby is different and it also depends which growth spurt it is.

    I agree that it varies on the type of growth spurt and the baby. P usually is not herself for 2-4 days, so far. But she is very unpleasant while it's going on, hang in there!
