Bum Genius Diaper Sprayer

Anyone have problems with the Bum Genius Diaper Sprayer?  We use if for DD's diapers, but half the time there's water/poo getting sprayed all around rim of the toilet (our toilet is not very deep) & it drips water after I hang it up (not constantly, just for a second after I'm done using it, so it's like there's an excess of water under pressure or something, but it enough to puddle & I have to dry the floor every time...after I turn it off I push the button to drain any water & release the water pressure though). 

Any suggestions?  Has anyone found one that works better or another method to get the poo off?
