  The past few mornings Avery has woken up around 7:00 a.m. I didn't want to get up yet, so I gave her a sippy of milk and she laid back down. She has slept like that the past three mornings until 9.

  Also, some mornings while I am being lazy, I will let Avery talk for 15 mins or so in her bed after she has woken up. If she is fussing or crying, I immediately get her up.

  None of these confessions are flameable! Mini-flames at best. 

  I'll take a stab at it- I was working in the garden with DS. He rounded the corner toward the house and out of my eye shot, but I figured he was just playing with his outside toys on the patio. Nope. There's 1 step from the patio to the house and he was climbing up and down the step. I hear him fall and immediately cry hard. I run over to him and he already has a purple and scratched up goose egg on his forehead...to add to his collection of bruises from falling and running into stuff. I really should have followed him to the patio but I was almost finished turning the compost pile!

  I have one. Last Tuesday DD woke up crying which is not unusual but on the third time DH finally picked her up and brought her to our bed. I realized she has soaked through her diaper and her pants were soaked. So we changed her and just let her sleep in our bed instead if messing with the sheets. Fast forward to Friday or Saturday night and I was doing laundry and realized we never changed her sheets! My poor baby slept on nasty pee sheets for almost a whole week! And she lives to tell about it :

  I have one, it's still Friday here on the west coast.

  Liv and I went to get froyo after we dropped off babysitter/aunt home this afternoon. I didn't bother with the high chair so I sat her by herself in one of those mod/swanky white leather chairs. She was reaching for the cup in my hand while I was looking away and she almost took a nose drive had I not pressed her back up the chair. So she didn't fall but then I ended up getting froyo on the side of her head. I totally felt like a bad mom and that it wasn't such a good idea for an outing after all.

  ETA: duh...I have 2 actually!

  Before the froyo, we walked into one of these fancy European toy stores. She saw this cute little plush dog in a matching pet purse. She carried it around the store and then it was time to go. Of course she didn't want to let it go. She cried so hard everyone was looking at us. I wanted to get it for her but it was $18 dollars and I knew it was overpriced because we'd gotten toys there from before that we found on Amazon for at least $5 less. Another "bad mommy feeling." We don't want to raise her spoiled but at the same time I felt like it was happiness I could afford for her and I didn't. Instead I let her cry while we were walking to the froyo place.
