Hi December Mommies:
Well, the surgery yesterday was a success. The doctors found out it was not as bad they thought it was. They did fix his trache(sp) and esophogus(sp) and they did not have to put in the g button for feeding. He has a tube that is going directly to his stomach from his mouth and should be able to start taking milk or formula tomorrow.
I am still a nervous wreck right now and havent been over to see him and I really want to but my BP is still an issue right now and not to mention the pain from the c-section.
I thought the pictures posted yesterday but I guess they didnt...
Re: Update on Baby Ethan
I am so glad the surgery went well. I pray he continues to grow healthy and without any complications. He is just adorable
I can only imagine how difficult this must be for you but try to rest and relax as much possible because Ethan will need his mommy to be strong and healthy for him. I will continue to have both of you in my prayers. (((HUGS)))
So happy to hear things went well. He is super adorable.
Continued prayers for your family.
Glad to hear everything went well. My thoughts and Prayers are with you and your family.
On a side note, my bff had a 27 weeker. He was itty biity at just over a pound at birth and has overcome many obstacles in his short life. But he is now a very active 6 month old who weighs over 10 lbs!
I'm so happy to hear that his surgery was a success. Thank you for updating us on his condition and sharing pictures. He is beautiful!
Continue to take care of yourself and hopefully you can go see him very soon. I will continue to pray for Ethan and your family.
'I loved you for a thousand years and I will love you for a thousand more'
He's just too much :-)
I'm so glad to hear the good news about the surgery and continued good thoughts for him to keep growing strong! Big hugs for you, too.
